Relax and Renew This class draws on poses/practices from restorative yoga, deep stretch, and meditation which invite you to let go of stress and to build up a reservoir of inner strength to take you through the week. Each class invites us to explore the use of supportive props, aromatherapy and other self care practices. Class finishes with yoga nidra meditation *Beginner friendly
Yoga Flow This class encompasses flowing vinyasa sequences, breath awareness, alignment, and relaxation.
A blend of all yoga levels - with plenty of modifications for everyone
Yoga Ease Any body, no matter the fitness level will benefit from this slow-paced class of basic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for beginners, experienced yogis or anyone wanting a gentle workout. *Beginner friendly
Athletes Yoga An all levels class. It's a combination of our Yoga ease and Deep stretch class. Each session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from a regular workout routine, such as: shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. Athletes yoga will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength so you can perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce your risk of injury. *Beginner friendly
Restorative yoga Using bolsters, blocks and straps, this soothing class supports a gentle body opening and a calm and meditative mind. Sessions include some breathing exercises, deep relaxation and a nourishing sequence of postures to guide the body to a place of rejuvenation and centering. Great additional to a more vigorous practice or to rehabilitate from injury. *Beginner friendly
Deep Stretch A gentle and effective stretching practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated. Great for beginners and all levels of ability. *Beginner friendly
Gentle Yoga Gentle Yoga is perfect for beginners, seniors and anyone wanting to move at a mindful, relaxing pace. *Beginner friendly
Community yoga All levels flow class, open to all, offered at drop in price of just $7 as an offering to our community. These classes are included in the new Student special and Monthly membership.
Slow Flow Similar to our yoga flow class but taken at a slower pace. Each posture is held for several breathes allowing you to go deeper into your practice
Heated Yoga Our Yoga flow class except we gently heat the room to about 82-84 degrees. This class encompasses flowing vinyasa sequences, breath awareness, alignment, and relaxation. A blend of all yoga levels - with plenty of modifications for everyone.
